Prompted me to go look up vaccination statistics.
https://www.kff.org/coronavirus-covid-19/issue-brief/latest-data-on-covid-19-vaccinations-race-ethnicity/Mind boggling that in Vermont the Hispanic population's vaccination rate is 89% while in South Dakota the Hispanic population's vaccination rate is 3% (not missing a digit, it's three percent).
