The Singapore Shift

That “shift” is predicated on people getting the vaccines. Singaporeans generally embrace vaccinations and they generally wear masks when are under the weather (be it for the ok or the flu or whatever).
This “shift” won’t work where large portions of the populations are anti-vaccination and/or anti-mask.
