Yeah, I know, I'm quite jealous - we're in the opposite situation. We have a dog, and I'd really like a cat as well, but it's probably too risky with a Jack Russell. He's very gentle with people, but less so with small, furry animals.

No, they are the wrong breed for cats. Unless you get a bigass scary one.
