Some talking head, commenting on fentanyl, just said, "Two micrograms can kill you."
Nope. The dose is about 1 mcg per kilogram - or about 100 micrograms for a good analgesic dose.
Two MILLIGRAMS will kill most people.
That's an "orders of magnitude" error.
(I used to use two milligrams to start an anesthetic for heart surgery. Every patient, every single one, stopped breathing.
