Recalling many months ago you mentioned a botched surgery for your thumb, just curious how your thumb is now.

My thumb and I have grown apart. He doesn't really work anymore and last I heard he was just hanging around on my right hand doing fuck-all. Meanwhile, I'm a successful software developer, and also a wealthy investor. I've been traveling the country, and I've heard he's been tagging along, but honestly all his duties have been taken over by his brother. I think he may have started drinking. I'd like to help him out, for old time's sake, but.. let's face it, losers gonna lose. My right thumb is a loser.

How about a trip to Minnesooooooota for a consult at Mayo, Mr. Bigbucks? 😁

Really. You need a working thumb. It would serve you for decades, making life easier and less frustrating.

Hitchhiking with your left thumb is not going to get you where you need to go…

Sorry your right thumbs is less than fully cooperative, @Horace.
Hope it’s not permanent and will recover soon.

Good thing Apple has technologies that makes it easier for people with uncooperative digits to use their products, e.g.,

Well it isn’t a total loss, but it’ll never be normal. Can’t really pick up utensils very easily. But it is fine. Maybe I’ll try playing piano again someday. Or build a model.
