“House votes to repeal 2002 authorization for military force with strong bipartisan support and a White House endorsement”

Good to eliminate these outdated congressional authorization regarding the use of military force. Still need the Senate to vote on it, but the repeal of the AUMF is overdue.

If there is new sh!t hitting the fan that requires the use of military force, Congress should just take the tough vote rather than letting the Executive branch keep using the old AUMF meant for something else.
