D2 and I are talking. Her doctorate is in clinical psychology, with an emphasis on assessment. She doesn't like to do therapy.

Yeah Visa will deal with it ASAP but as she noted she is not ready yet for the nuclear option.

I just went through something similar with Nissan Connect. Citi refunded my unauthorized payments immediately.
