“It is legal for health care institutions to mandate vaccines, as we have done with the flu vaccine since 2009,” Boom said in his note.

Our place mandated flu vaccines. Exceptions were made for certain people (allergic, whatever), but those people had to wear masks and gloves to have any contact with patients.
