No, it means the prolife folks have decided to go with meaningless gestures. You cannot get an abortion in Lebanon. Never could. The only benefit this will be is to the lawyers when someone sues over it.

I don't live in the city anymore so have no real voice. This is virtue signaling from the other side, and just a pointless.

You should try and persuade them to declare the city a nuclear free zone as well, which would essentially outlaw two enormous hazards from every-day life. Not only would abortion be impossible, but thermonuclear detonations would also be significantly reduced.

They should make it a rape free zone, too.

I can see the lawn signs now. "This household believes that rape is wrong - FULL STOP."

            Education is extremely important.

How many abortion clinics are there in Lebanon OH? I’m guessing somewhere between zero and zero.

My town has recently declared itself a Tom Brady free zone.

I think it should be illegal.

Now a good friend of mine and likely the last sane member of council has resigned over this. Sad.

I'd just love to make that point about Brady in a town meeting 😆

More detail. The whole thing makes me sad. The net effect is a LOT of money will be spent defending an indefensible ordinance that serves only to further the careers of ambitious office seekers. It even forbids anyone in the town from advocating, paying for and providing transportation to an abortion facility.

My, my. Saw this coming. Frankly, I don't see how the city can regulate the behavior of people outside the city limits.
