A few years ago I bought the "Turing Tumble", which is a game with a similar pedagogy, except that it is about making computing concepts tangible, not electronics.

This reminds me of the Goldie Blox toys. No tie in to electronics per se, but certainly lots of belts and pullies and such designed to appeal to younger girls.
