I follow a group on FB that's devoted to discussions about the OR. Most of the members seem to be nurses and OR techs, and there are only a few docs there.
Anyhow, this came across today:
Q: Has anyone wanted to or left the medical field to do something else? If so, what and why?
A: I decided prostitution was a good switch. More respect, better pay.. but I ended up working with the same docs so it was a wash.
