Killing

The latest in the series...
Some interesting stuff in here...How Cassius Clay came to prominence through a fixed fight. Why Hoover wouldn't admit to an organized crime problem. How the 1960 Presidential race was fixed. Why Desi Arnez had a contract put out for him... Not a long read, but some things I did not know...

I recently read, actually listened, to a book by the same author about hunting for the Nazi people, I think called “killing the Nazis” or something like that
Was quite entertaining, and not too long either.
The Author read the book, and that was probably not the best choice. He wasn’t a very good reader of books, so it was hard to follow sometimes. The con tent was enjoyable however.

Jolly what do you suppose the division of labor is between those two authors in writing those books? Of course marketing-wise, there's a reason Mr O'Reilly's name is bigger and brighter and on top.
70/30 or maybe 80/20, with O'Reilly 's portion being the smaller.
I've read Lincoln, Patton, Reagan, Rising Sun and part of the new one. Rising Sun may be the best, so far.

I have first-hand knowledge on one of the "Killing" books. O'Reilly's "contribution" was literally that they put his name on it.

I'll take your word for it. I'm just guessing....

Not passing extra critical judgment, BTW. It's ridiculous, but it's not like the phenomenon is unique to O'Reilly or anything.
