        It does not make sense to me that as his faculties weaken, this guy who has been status quo for 37 years in Congress all of a sudden has a revelation on politics and global economy.

        The other places where I think the article is a bit suspect are where he states that the US economy could have been running red hot for the last 40 years and all would be hunky dory. He also does not take into account at all the mammoth changes in the workforce brought on by technology.

                Not going to happen. The economy will grow over the next couple of years, just because it is recovering from what happened due to COVID. But, I dont think it will be this super good growth - probably more like normal growth.
