The new big spoiler is Aaron Rodgers and how he might affect the draft.

Here's an Aaron Rodgers spoiler. Aaron Rodgers is a ... (spoiler alert) ... douche bag!

Sean Payton offered him that ten years ago. He turned Sean down.

Waiting to see what my Bengals do. If they don't take Penei Sewell first round they are crazy. There are a lot of needs, but first and foremost is protecting Burrow. Full stop.

@mik I like the fact the Bengals took Ja'Marr Chase. Reuniting the Burrow-Chase duo can jumpstart their offense. There will be plenty of O-lineman in the next rounds.

You can’t jumpstart anything if your QB is running and on his back.

Chase is a really good wide receiver, who can go up and get the ball.

                    But you are right.

Chase is a long ball threat. Which is of no use if your QB cannot get time to let the play develop.

No, he's not just a long ball guy. He's got a good route tree and will go over the middle on the slant. He is a legitimate #1 receiver.

He's just not what was needed at the pick.

He wasn’t a stretch, though. That’s the good news. He is a #4-7 type. Plus, I can see the appeal of the match. However, Sewell was a top 3 pick still sitting there, and was definitely the BPA AND filled a position of need.

The Bengals made the right move in the 2nd round and took an offensive lineman.

He’s a local kid. We will see, but I don’t see him as a starter and that is what we need. The only thing that might temper that is he played in the SEC.

The Saints can be maddening. With Cox still on the board, they took a LB from Ohio State. Kid doesn't look bad, but Cox is more suited to cover receivers, and today's NFL is a passing league.

The Saints then traded up in the third round to take a CB. Guy has the tools, but will be a project.

The news came out that the Saints had tried very hard to make a deal with Denver. They really wanted to move up for Horn. Denver wanted the Saints 2021 #1, 2022 #1 and some other picks.

Bengals drafts are looking a little better, one WR, one OL and one DE. Still, we need starters, not projects.

I’m okay with what the Steelers are doing. Najee Harris was a bit of a stretch and I’m not a fan of taking a RB in the first round, but he is also a good route runner and catches the ball well besides being a downhill runner. So I’m okay. We also got the 2nd best TE in the draft and a decent center.

I really like the Saints pick of the Notre Dame QB.

If Winston wins the starting job - I'm pretty sure he will - that leaves Taysom as the back-up. But his continued play as a joker renders him susceptible to injury. So the Saints really need a third QB.

I've watched Book play a few times. Not a big arm, average accuracy in the pocket, good anticipation, and he can "feel" pressure. You can't teach that. When he feels pressure, he can run, be inventive and his accuracy actually improves.

Chase Daniels has made a lot of money being a career back-up. I think Book fits that mold. If he can improve his accuracy, he might even have a shot at starting.

After all, Peyton is the guy who pushed for and drafted Tony Romo...
