2020 Taxes

We just got our taxes back from the financial folks. Our federal taxes for last year were one...count them, one... US dollar. All completely legal. Plus we get the rest of the second stimulus payment that was shorted because our 2019 income was higher, and we will get the 2021 money.
This is just not sustainable.

I am minimizing my income as much as I can this year, and still living very comfortably, basically the same as last year. Next year the RMD kicks in, and I'll experience a 25% increase in income. I'm delaying paying off a loan I have, just for the sake of paying 5% interest on that vs 4 X that amount to my uncle in DC.
