Exactly what I was thinking - presumably these (former) cadets were taking the exam online, with social "distancing" in play. I wonder if they communicated with each other via phone, or something.

Face it...West Point is different, but for many schools an elective or even a required course outside of a student's major, the school could care less. They are selling a degree.
