Azerbaijani Lamb Lula kabobs
-
I got really hooked on these things in Boston at Pita Kabob but had never tried it on my own. Made this last night for us an friends. Delicious with tzatziki, and a Shirazi salad. Used fresh mint, not dried. The salad I thought had a bit too much mint but was very good and fresh still, and incredibly healthy. I used about half the lime juice and no green pepper.

By the way, the website the salad recipe came from is I think my favorite recipe site. All Mediterranean cuisine.
A great looking panzanella (a favorite) salad.

Another, simpler version of the salad.
