The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

God, I hate it if I have to split my payments into dozens of checks.

Paying electronically has no such restrictions.

I tried paying online for one of my tax payments supporting mass transit. When I got to "checkout" on the payment site, there was a $62 service charge for paying with a credit card (my corporate credit card was what I was going to use).
$62.00 for the "convenience" of paying online.
            Thanks, government!
(actually, no thanks, I wrote the usual check).

And, I just wrote a bunch of checks for quarterly payments, for over $60,000.
Damn. Ouch. Next quarterly payment in June.
              Thanks, Rainman!
And the rich don't pay taxes, because I do.
              Damn. Ouch.
              Thanks, middle class!!

Come to the worker paradise of DPRK. They claim to be the only country in the world that does not do taxes.

In fact, they have even a special day - April 1, designated as Tax Retirement Day which was the day they retired all taxes in the country.
