It's almost like the racism narrative can be found anywhere, if you squint.
The last best insight into cuisine I ever had was that cows and chickens seem to account for lots of our food. Because of economies of scale.
And also that some cuisines are invented because they lack any calories in their environment, so they have to make do. Necessity and invention and all that. I suppose there are culinary insights though, but insects ain't it.
