I am guessing health, the same rationale “they” use to justify their choice to consume only non-GMO foods.

They choose non-GMO products over the alternatives because they believe doing so is healthier for them. They choose to accept certain vaccines over the alternative because they believe doing so is healthier for them.

Yep, that's my thing. I don't get what's weird about that.

More interesting would be how the people who say that Covid was a made up thing and/or is no worse than a bad cold and are still getting vaccinated are justifying it.

Although to be honest, I'd be just happy to say nothing and have them be vaccinated. People finding excuses not to get the shot is the last thing we need.

                    I was only joking

The science shows that GMO foods are safe and healthier than non-GMO https://www.nap.edu/catalog/23395/genetically-engineered-crops-experiences-and-prospects

GMO foods have likely saved more lives than the vaccines will over time.

So why accept one genetically modified solution and reject another.

                      Science says both are safe.

Because in agriculture the modified genes spread. You can't grow a field of GMO corn and not see those genes start to show up in adjacent farns.
