more people in the U.S. were killed with knives last year, than with rifles
Add handguns to the mix, however, and that's not true.

True.
But Black Rifles are the problem, donchya know?

Has anybody ever tried a statistical analysis in gun crime if you normalized the African American crime rate?
-
Like Wins Against Replacement, but you know, with shooting?

These are murder statistics, not murder by firearm, but the vast majority of the murders were by firearm, so it gives us a decent basis, but I am no statistician and would appreciate any help...
It looks to me like race was identified in 11,883 of the 17,251 homicides (of which 14,532 were by firearm. So let's just use that as a baseline since it would be too much of a jump to extrapolate that race remained consistent for the 5700 unknown perpetrators.
Of that, African Americans represented 6444 of the perpetrators or 54% while representing 13% of the population. Hispanics and Latinos represented 1505 of the perpetrators or 13% of the murderers while representing 18.5% of the population. Non-Hispanic White represented 3620 murderers or 30.5% while representing 60% of the population. 314 cases fall into “other”.
So if the population in 2017 was 320,000,000 then that would mean that at least 15.01 of every 100,000 African American committed homicide, 2.5 of every 100,000 Hispanic/Latino, and 1.9 of every 100,000 Non-Hispanic White, which is actually right in line with our friendly neighbors in Canada, btw.
The average shooter vs population is 4.5 in 100000. If we apply that as the baseline and brought African American Violence to that point then the total number of identified homicides committed be African Americans would be 1872, a difference of 4572, or nearly 1/3 of the total identified homicides. If we subtract that from the total homicides we get 12,679. That works out to 3.9 per 100,000. That’s a pretty big shift, and that’s still assuming that African Americans are killing at over twice the rate of the rest of the country. Still not pretty, but a pretty massive shift. If you were able to bring Hispanic and African American gun violence down to the same level as Non-Hispanic White, then the numbers would only be slightly higher than the UK, France, and all of our friends with their much vaunted gun control.
Now this statistical analysis ain’t worth the bar napkin it was written on because over 1/4 of the murders in the US weren’t identified by race, but I think that probably makes the difference even more stark because most of these unidentified incidents are gangland shootings.
America doesn’t have a gun problem, it has a gang violence problem.

Amen, brother. Again, it would be interesting to know how many of those murders were done with legally purchased guns that would nt have been purchased under proposed rules.

I see maybe 3 females in those pictures, just my guess.
I guess females are not as easily caught.

It's true. We are very wily.

Meanwhile, returning to that chart of faces, which I'm sure is 100% authentic and assembled with the noblest of intentions, look at the guy three down and over six. Zing! Love at first sight! I am so-o-o in love.
