@george-k that’s half the data... We also need to know how many students at mask optional schools wore them anyway...

Like none. No one's doing this. No one anywhere.

No one’s wearing them or no one is tracking the data?

So based on that graph we can all agree that masks cause an increase covid cases, is that it?

Everybody still wears them around here. And stores still have signs up stating the requirement.

Stores still have signs down here. A lot of people ignore it.

Where I'm seeing people with masks are older people and middle-aged females. I bought a muffler clamp at Autozone yesterday. The counter help and I were the only people wearing a mask. None of the other ten or twelve guys in there had one on.

No, masks cause testing, which causes Covid cases.

Are masks being worn by the medical profession, the people who might know a little more than joe public reading the internet ?

I went for my vaccine jab wearing an FFP2, and yet, like everyone entering the hall, was given and had to wear an "approved" mask-like-thing that fits over the ears and hangs very loosely

Masks are still worn here. But in my immediate neighborhood, some people don't wear masks when walking their dogs. We just wave and walk away from each other.

Pretty much the same here. When you're going to be in proximity to someone, a mask is worn by just about everyone. However, when I go for my walks, I don't mask, and the joggers I see are unmasked as well. We just avoind getting near each other and say "good morning."

I went to see a surgeon this week (more on that later), and when I came into the waiting room, I was asked to use one of their disposable masks, rather (or in addition to) my own.

@mainermikebrown Good now, Mike. Had several months of illness a year ago. Might have been COVID, but it was before testing was even available here.

Masks outside make zero difference (like wiping down your mail) but it’s a nuance most people don’t understand. What slays me are the people that drive with a mask on. I suppose it’s some sort of tribal signal.

Maybe 1 in 100 wears a mask at the golf course

The sign says they are required in the clubhouse, you might see a few in there

Everyone shopping wears a mask, big signs at store entry.

I cheat. I wear glasses, and it bugs the hell out of me that every time I exhale, my glasses fog up. So, I create a hole at the bottom large enough that it doesn't fog.

Not good, I know. I tried not breathing, worked for awhile.

When I wear my mask, I never have my eye glasses on at the same time.

If I do have my glasses on and am also wearing my mask, my glasses often fog up.

Also, my glasses are more likely to fall off my face if I'm also wearing my mask.

However, I can get by without having my glasses on. My eyesight isn't that bad, fortunately.

Just readjust it. I do the Fauci thing and wear two with glasses and mine don't fog up.

                                          Please love yourself.
