      Here is what I think is a better description of the judge rule

      From my read, the judge made a rule on only one section

      Michagen said that if someone asks for a absent ballot, the vote clerk (unless obvious) assumes that the person asking for the ballot is the right person.

      The judge said that there was a more formal way to "enact" the rule that was not followed, but does not say that absentee ballots used were wrong.

          @jolly Yup, not saying the rule was wrong or incorrect. No matter what the rule was, the judge would have said that it did not follow procedure to implement.

          I do not see this as a win or loss for President Trump. It just is.

            Oh, it's a Trump win.

            The Trump legacy will hopefully be election reform. Things like this buttress that movement..
