I don't know much about migraines -- okay, I don't know anything about migraines, but I found this clickbait thing about migraine triggers, and I'm passing it on. Probably these are old news to you, but maybe there's one or two you don't know about?

Reminds me when I first got gout. The doctor listed stuff I shouldn't consume, it was like 'meat fish wine beer alcohol etc. etc.'
I looked him in the eye and said "can't you just amputate my foot?"
