Taking the mask off is to facilitate clear, intelligible speech, and also something that helps those who need to supplement their hearings by lip reading.

As much as Copper would like to peg me as a CNN junkie, I have to say that that is far from the truth. While I do go to CNN for a reality based information set of current events, I also peruse FOX, Newsmax, and OLAN daily to see how the Right tries to shift the focus. Let me tell you something, their news isn't fake at all, you just don't like listening to facts that disturb your narrative.
