      Maybe. When I was in SF in 2015, we were told that 1 bedrooms go for $3K. But your point is well-taken.

        LD you’re forgetting the incentive effects. If any SFer who makes himself homeless were to get a free apartment there would be a gazillion more homeless.

        Better remedy: buy cheaper tents.

          Or more likely, fewer and cheaper administrators.

          I would be curious how the health care situation is for the tent residents. I bet there are people on hand who facilitate free trips to the ER for free health care.

          Education is extremely important.

            I can outfit them for $3K per tent per month. I’ll toss in a Cara Dune Sleeping Bag as well...
