I think it’s nice to see Jolly concerned about California. I was there a tad over a year ago and paid 4 also.

As for national prices, this is the current chart from the EIA.

I would expect exploding demand this summer as all the pent up travel interest begins to get satisfied, not all of which will be by plane.

When drilling rigs (or platforms) are not being used, they are stored, hence the term stacking rigs.
