    This is what we’ve done.

    With the 77MM we’ve administered (out of 100MM delivered) we could have gotten a single dose in the arm of everyone over 60 and had plenty leftover.

    In fact, the 100MM doses already delivered would have been enough to get everyone 55 and over their first dose.

        We’ve done a good job manufacturing and delivering. Our prioritization was fundamentally and tragically flawed. And we’ve had plenty of problems at the local level with administration.

          Our prioritization was on a state level. I thought we've done pretty decent....

            Yes but you were a beneficiary of one of the more ubiquitous flaws.

            But certainly your point is valid. Different states did it differently.
