I saw one of these over my house the other day.
I thought I was looking at a V-22 Osprey, but it was weird because the Osprey makes a ton of noise, it shakes the ground. Also, it seemed a little small for an Osprey. I thought I was looking at some kind of stealth silent version.
So this is the future, impressive.

Impressive, indeed.
On my walk, a while ago, a flight of 3 Ospreys came overhead. As you say, it was quite loud. I wasn't able to get a video, but here's a still:
