        More infantilization of minorities by the righteous high status liberals. Their lack of awareness of this stuff is staggering. But I know they can't conceive of any other way to view the society. Them on top, protecting the inferior people below them.

          Today we received a video update from the owner/CEO and his second in command (both white males) about our diversity and inclusion program. 2300 US employees responded to a diversity survey a few months ago, and the company has finally gotten around to collating the data. Apparently they now recognize that they have a huge task ahead of them to support diversity and inclusion, a task of many years, which is only beginning now. I was shocked to learn of this implication of systemic deeply rooted bigotry within the company I work for. I know it doesn't exist in my heart, but I pray for those in whose hearts it does exist. What a sick, sick culture we have in America. So much bigotry and racism in almost everybody's hearts (except mine), and it's as if we literally can't do anything about it.

          Education is extremely important.

              I will have to talk to all my minority friends to get their take on it. I can't and will never have an opinion about any of it.

                Just remember, man, that as a privileged white male, not only do you have a lot to learn about diversity and inclusion, but because of your background, there are things you never are going to understand. So the best you can do is ask questions about how to be properly anti-racist.

                  I wouldn't work for a company that had diversity and inclusion as goals.

                        Today we had an all-hands meeting where we spent some time going over the diversity survey in more detail. It was pointed out that black people rated the culture 23% lower than others. "All asians", which includes Indian and middle eastern people, scored about the same as white people. One of the main complaints in the open ended comments section of the survey was that the company took too long to make an internal statement from the top about the George Floyd murder and the BLM movement. The action items the company is taking are to hire a chief diversity officer, and to look really, really hard for African Americans to hire, via a few different programs.
