    I'm not. I never liked it, so "boycott" is probably the wrong word in my case.

      @catseye3 that's funny.

      The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

            Ditto.

            Much of his music is depressing.

              All his stuff sounds like it was written by a guy strumming his guitar in his bedroom.

              I've never understood the huge appeal. There's nothing special about it at all. There's no edge, there's no humour, there's no virtuosity, it's the kind of music that makes me change channels when I'm driving.

              Maybe I'm missing something. When I was a kid growing up in the UK in the 70's and 80's, I'd never have dreamt of listening to it. It's flabby.

              I was only joking

                I never really listened to him either. Except on the radio in high school.

                  He was never my thing but many women swooned over him so pretending had its merits.

                    To be clear, we're supposed to want to buy a Jeep because of that commercial?

                        I have a Jeep

                        I’m all for centrist policies.

                        But I’m not buying another Jeep

                        Next vehicle is definitely Asian. Japanese or Korean.

                          BUT... do you like Springsteen? That is the question.

                          I do. Particularly the early stuff, but I have a lot of respect for him as an artist.

                            I also think that Springsteen's songs are infinitely more entertaining when sung in a Japanese or Korean karaoke.
