    I think R0 is less than 1 now and that's probably what he's keying off of. Hospitalizations is a lagging indicator. NYT has its own agenda.

      What is the governor's goal?

      I assume it is just to win the news cycle.

      If he is using some planned or predetermined triggers then I think he is doing exactly the right thing. I have no idea if that is what he is doing.

                All the deaths caused are going to be on Biden supporters' hands. I really don't know how they sleep at night. Very sad not to care about human life.
