Really enjoyed her vocal control,
What I like about her is her amazing range of songs.
For example, she did an album with her cousin, Eric Johnson (who's opened for Tab Benoit):

Here she is singing some Hoagy Carmichael, live at the Balcony Music Club

From FB, "Jack Miele Productions" posted this:
A lot of people wonder what it's like to track totally live in the studio. This video is a great example. Our Wrecking Crew of studio musicians are here tracking "The Night Time Is The Right Time" for wonderful singer, Ronnie Lamarque. This was an entire day to capture this one song. It was a lot of set up and it was all tracked to 24 track 2" tape. The lighting and camera set up was also quite intensive. What you see in this video is NOT canned. It is a video of the actual recording you're hearing in real time. Even all vocals were tracked live. This to me is a dying art....to get beautiful sounding recordings with a real band and capture a take. if one person messed up, we had to stop and start over again because of the bleed. I hope you enjoy.

Really great to watch when it's recorded like that!
Also really great that the guy singing first is an old guy. And an old guy with chops.
George, not that you would necessarily know, but is she starting to "make it" whatever that means, financially? Hope so.

Ronnie Lamarque, I looked him up out of curiosity, and learnt that he died in October 2018. Wonder what prompted “Jack Miele Productions” to post that old video today.

She said that the album she released with her cousin ("Blues In My Blood") has earned her almost nothing. Ditto any music that she puts on Apple Music, Amazon, or Spotify.
She has a Soundcloud account, and I'm a subscriber. That's probably more attractive, financially. But to make any serious money, you need a LOT of subscribers.
She's mostly been doing gigs around NOLA. Before the virus, she would appear at least once a week, sometimes twice, with The Dapper Dandies in various bars, etc. That's where we came across her. That's not "her" band, but she's the face of it. She has her own band "Tiffany Pollack & Co." that does more traditional jazz stuff, rather than NOLA jazz stuff. Her lineup has been a revolving door since the pandemic. Whenever I see her do something live on FB I Venmo a tip to the band.
Her husband owns an art-glass store on Magazine St.
https://www.pollackglassnola.com
It has some interesting stuff there, and he runs classes on glass-blowing.
I guess they're surviving, but it's been a really rough year, to say the least.

That's a downtown blues club.
Hope her gig goes well.
She's toured in Texas before, as well as in South Carolina and Georgia - not to mention her continuing work in NOLA where she lives.
I actually enjoyed her more "Trad-Jazz" stuff more. THere's a bit too much "shouting" in this than I like. If I were walking down Frenchman St or Esplanade Ave in NOLA and saw this in a bar, I'd probably pass.
For the stuff that she does that I really like, scroll up and see "Comes Love."
Wonderful stuff.
