The rhetoric about bullets to the brain is not new to me, I've heard liberals say it out loud in polite company about Trump. It's normal, if pathetic.

Yep, agree with all 3. But #2 offends me far worse so when #1 happens, all I'm going to want to talk about is #2 because that's my thing. Which is why I said screw this discussion, I care a hell of a lot more about those BLM shitheads because I hate them more. The Capitol invaders, well, they're a fringe part of my side, and for some reason I've decided that's a problem for me, so let's spend weeks throwing defensive smoke instead of persecuting them.

During the BLM protests, you were heavily invested here in reminding everybody that they were mostly peaceful. But now you are not receptive to anybody reminding you that the Capitol protest was mostly peaceful. Your finger pointing at biased people on the right seems inconsistent.
Heck, no left-leaning member here even mustered a tinge of outrage about the fascistic, armed CHAZ takeover of a sovereign Seattle neighborhood. From which the police fled rather than deal with the mobs and their violence - since the police knew they were not backed up by the culture, and could not do their jobs.

Did you muster a tinge of outrage? Maybe I missed it. I remember Mark making fun of right-leaning media calling it out for what it was. He thought it was funny that Fox news had convinced people it was a big deal.
