That's double the number in October.
"About one in 10 people across the UK tested positive for Covid-19 antibodies in December, roughly double the October figure, data has shown.
Estimates from the Office for National Statistics suggest between 8% of people in Northern Ireland and 12% of people in England showed signs of past Covid infection."

My son-in-law's sister had dinner with us on Sunday.
Yesterday she said she felt like she might have covid.
We will get tested tomorrow.
I feel like Ken Mattingly in Apollo 13.

It turns out that my "contact" tested positive. I sat beside her at dinner for an hour or more. So now I am paying a little attention.
I am getting tested tomorrow - 3 days after contact.
I found an article on PBS that says this.
For Pitzer, best practices would be getting tested on day 3 or 4 after an exposure and then again between days 7 and 10. Messaoudi and Lee recommend similar timelines.
https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/article/covid-test-timing-quarantine-symptoms/So I am planning to get tested twice, I have no symptoms.
I have the time and money. I wonder if Medicare will pay twice, I expect they will.

That was a few days ago.
Now I have plenty of symptoms and a positive test result.
And a new bag full of vitamins and a new thermometer.

NAC, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc, Elderberry, aspirin, mucinex
That list is from my sister the psych nurse, I think she spends most of her time telling people what drugs to take. Although they probably tend to be for psychos.

You need some steroids and a z-pack to go with that...

Stay safe and rested!
What are your symptoms?
I would add famotodine to that list. The histamine blockers seem to have a positive effect.

Ugh, hope it passes quickly. Get ahold of a pulse oximeter, if you can.
