It’s almost laughable to presume we’re sufficiently organized to pull it off but it would be wise to give Moderna to the elderly and infirm and Pfizer to all those 18 year old stock clerks that we’ve prioritized because they “deserve” it.
I guess we need to know exactly what “with basic disorders” means before we over rotate. Someone (85 yo for example) who is living independently with CHF, diabetes and COPD is one thing, a person who is confined to a bed, dementia and the beginning of system shutdown is another.

Frankly, I think the Johnson and Johnson vaccine will be what turns the tide if they can start distribution by the end of February. Single shot, simpler production, and can be stored between 36 to 46 degrees.
