So Trump's inauguration crowd will beat Biden's

    Crazy

    Win

    https://wtop.com/inauguration/2021/01/faq-what-are-the-current-plans-for-the-2021-inauguration/

Q: Can people go watch the events on Inauguration Day?

As of now, an Inauguration Day event with only about 1,000 people in attendance is being set up. Normally, 200,000 tickets are distributed to members of Congress for their constituents.

Biden has indicated that the inauguration will likely emulate aspects of this year’s Democratic National Committee, which was held nearly entirely virtually.

Inaugural ceremonies have been held in nine other locations outside of the U.S. Capitol, according to the JCCIC. While some inaugurations have been held indoors due to bad weather, there has not been a digital-only ceremony.

D.C.’s mayor and the governors for Maryland and Virginia have released a unified message for possible attendees on Monday evening.

“Due to the unique circumstances surrounding the 59th Presidential Inauguration, including last week’s violent insurrection as well as the ongoing and deadly COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the extraordinary step of encouraging Americans not to come to Washington, D.C., and to instead participate virtually,” reads a joint statement from D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan and Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam.

I don't think anyone really cares about inauguration crowds except for Donald Trump... and by necessity Sean Spicer.

The problem is that they closed the Mall.

        That is pretty serious.

I think that property should the most open and free property in the world, including the Capitol and the whitehouse.

Turning the area into a fortress started years before 9/11.

        That is really bad.

Hell, the city itself is basically shutdown. The traffic notice signs on 495 are telling you not to travel into DC. That's a BFD.
