Section 230
-
What does repealing section 230 have to do with censorship?
Section 230 says that users of any website or providers of a website will not be treated as publishers of content.
If you make people or 3rd parties legally liable for what is said on the web - how does that lead to less censorship?
I really can’t make heads or tails of it.
Section 230 seems like a protection of free speech on the internet.
