Freezer diving

It's rainy and a little chilly here all day, so I thought I'd pull something out of the freezer that requires a long braise. Decided on some lamb breast I picked up at Walmart a few months back. Never cooked it before, but it's a really cheap cut. Trying this recipe:

Delicious IF you like things like pork belly where there is a lot of fat. The sauce is amazing and provides a much needed acid bite with the fat. Not sure I would make it again, but at this point I am loathe to throw out the other two I bought.
Tomorrow night is local ham steak and scalloped potatoes Skype dinner with friends.
