Yeah but we need to remember it could be a long process. It could take several cases with just the right facts to get this to scotus, which might be where it needs to go to stop these abuses nationally.

You know what would be beautiful? A 3 minute trial. A reading of the suit, and before it goes anywhere, the judge says “Yeah, this is open and shut... Court finds for the plaintiff...”
And then see the same thing happen at every level of appeal...
