Mrs. George and I had steaks tonight. I only had 1 strip steak from Wild Fork, so I got another one from our local grocer (Marianos).
The difference was remarkable. The Marianos, though tasty, was more tough and chewy than I'd like. The one from Wild Fork was amazing. I cooked them simultaneously in the sous vide, and seared with mayonnaise.
So, I placed another order tonight (and subscribed).
4 strip steaks
4 filets
4 chicken breast
chicken tenders (for chicken with leeks and cream)
6 pork chopsComing in 48 hours. About $100.
