It's victimless in the same sense that gun possession by lawful citizens is victimless. It's victimless until the right is abused.

I'd say porn is more like gambling than gun ownership. It's not often actually a crime, but even in that case there's frequently a victim.

Yeah. The hypocrisy and cynicism is pretty revolting, especially in their civic contribution. What're you supposed to do, not drive their snow-cleared streets in protest?
