Very Russian looking. The detail on the cabinets, etc. Reminds me of the Odessa Opera House.

It is kind of funny, but something like the Palace of Versailles is a historical treasure and icon. His house with the gaudy reminds me a bit of that. LOL
But I do agree with the comment. If you can afford a house like that, it had better be EXACTLY what you want. And I am not sure that guys house will be what someone else wants. LOL

I wouldn't give him more than 150 million for it.
And I'd want to make damn sure the septic system passed it's Title 5 inspection. There's nothing worse than having a gold-plated toilet back up all over the priceless marble.

Lol
This gaudy tribute to excess reminds me of a few old sayings you'll hear in the south..
"Just because you can doesn't mean you should"
And
"I wouldn't have that up my ass if I had room for a sawmill"....
The older I get the more I understand the meaning of "some people build a house. Some people build a home".
That's quite a house....

Looking at all the pictures it is more impressive than the Hearst Castle.

I’m surprised it only has 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with all that space.

Well, Hearst castle is over 100 years old. I’ve never been inside it, though. Looks cool from the outside. And WRH lived there, not some slimy Rusky.
I’m sure Israeli-Russian relations are important in context to Russian-Iran relations. so a slimy billionaire who Is well connected and plowed a ton of money into Israel may have pragmatic value.
Interestingly the Hearst Castle is on the market for 195 million. Sounds like that might be a better option for you.
