It’s a crappy article, the issue is Lin Wood’s suggestion that people not vote in the special elections.

Lin Wood speaks sooth. If you believe the election in Georgia was rigged, you should avoid the runoff in protest.

After all, voting won't help, the winners have already been decided. However, if Republicans boycott in droves, that will shine on a light on this whole foul proceeding.

I once learned that winning a close one is not so great because lots of things can happen outside your control that may cause you to lose, you need to win by a lot. I never forgot that.
