Did I miss any discussion here? I couldn't find anything about the assassination of Iran's head of their nuclear program.
Face the Nation with Chuck Todd made it sound like the US was behind it, and that he did it on purpose to "tie Biden's hands".

I certainly hope so. To go back into that agreement now is to guarantee brazen Iranian cheating. I'm not sure that would be different than the cheating they were doing prior to Trump, but still.
Just strangle them economically until change occurs. We can take out their facilities if it comes to that.

Like out of "Breaking Bad."
Iran's top nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was killed using a remote controlled machine gun left inside a car which then blew up, sources within the country have claimed.
Fakhrizadeh was shot at least three times by the gun, positioned in a Nissan pickup that was parked alongside the road he was travelling on, before it blew up, the semi-official Fars News Agency reported.
The details emerged as Iran held a funeral for the slain scientist, known as the father of the country's nuclear programme, in Tehran on Monday - where leaders continued to vow revenge for his killing.

Step 3 was probably a mistake.

I'd say so, yes. My inclination would be GTFO rather than get out to take a look.

@Mik For sure, the Isreal secret agents are very good at what they do.
Reminds me of the time they (alledgedly) killed that guy in UAE a few years ago.
