Curious about those Butterball...

We aren't having one of these, but am curious, how does Butterball make a boneless dark and white meat boneless turkey breast? They take both dark and white meat and "mush" it together, and it comes out beautiful when slicing?
There is nothing online that says how the manufacturer makes this product, just tells you how to cook it.
