It's Monday night. Anybody eating dinner?

I drug some local Berkshire pork rib chops out of the freezer, with Smoked Pecan Rub and roasting some whole carrots and steamed broccoli. Still depressed about poor Joe Burrow. Probably should not get upset abut a guy who got a $27M signing bonus check the first day, but still.

Probably drown my sorrows with a pinot noir - got a case or 2017 Austerity Monterey pinot last week for $7 a bottle, normally more like $20. Not a monumental pinot, but very nice table wine for the money. Probably buy another case or two.

Dug out some pork stew meat, and currently tendering it up for a pork jambalaya. I'll pair it with some mustard greens I picked this morning.
