Have you ever seen him speak, George? He's very uncharismatic, and not a natural public speaker. Very jarring when you see him next to other smooth talking CEOs.
He's been known to get very sweaty and visibly nervous in interviews.
I sometimes feel kinda bad for him, because it's a very human foible - but not really.

I’ve only seen him when testifying. I can’t imagine that I’d be less awkward and sweaty.
