I suspect it’s just talking point #5 for the lawsuit and let’s Tyson know that they have the public against them too so they better settle for big bucks because this is what the jury will hear.

Yep. It means Tyson food will pay whatever it takes to avoid a jury trial.

It also means a couple of dumbasses are unemployed.

And if betting pools are not legal in that state, look for local prosecutors to make an example out of them.
