Trump's response was about what you would expect in our form of government. We're citizens, not subjects and live in a federal union without ultimate power in the Executive.

Unless the history books are written by woke wankers , Trump probably gets a C to a C+.

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

The source of the virus is not in doubt.

Trump's COVID 19 virus is "totally harmless in 99% of cases", is a "temporary...outbreak", with "cases coming down", "you get better and then you're immune", and his classic twisting of the truth "85% of people wearing masks catch the virus".

Historians will judge Trump's reprehensible response to coronovirus.

Can’t help but notice that most of the Western world that handled things much more to Andy’s liking is in pretty much the same situation as the US...

Georgia used Dominion and they’re going into manual recount.

So we’ll see how many votes their systems miscounted.

If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

If she can back up what she's claiming, a manual recount won't tell us anything.

How so? The Dominion counting machines and software doesn't change ballots, it just counts them.

That's the whole problem. It DOES change ballots.

@Larry how? It’s a vote scanner so it needs to be configured properly before scanning.

If you don’t set it up right, it’ll report the results incorrectly.

Are you saying that the machine somehow prints info back on the ballot?

You’d think campaign staff would get suspicious when the vote counter needs ink.

Is he still on the "Trump Legal Team?"

                            Does Powell have any standing?

Ms. Powell has responded to the issue. I told you this yesterday, apparently no one read it. She said she agreed with what Gulianni said, that she had never been a member of his team, had never been paid any money by them, and had never billed them for her time. Then she made it clear that nothing had changed, her work continues just as it has been.

So why the public announcement? Apparently because the lawyers on Trump's team are legally barred from filing criminal charges against government employees or other politicians, and as an independent attorney not working for hire by Trump Me. Powell is able to pursue criminal charges.

                                BAH. HA. HA.....

Should be interesting to see regardless of what she has.

I for one could not be more excited for the Kraken.

Also - Sidney Powell as just a random lawyer can bring criminal changes against people? I don’t get that.

Don’t district attorneys (or something) bring and prosecute those?

Sigh, looks like I need to educate you on some basic civics again. Except for minor crimes (e.g., trespassing, battery in a domestic abuse case), only public prosecutors can file criminal charges. Ms. Powell not acting in the capacity of a public prosecutor cannot file criminal charges except for minor crimes — even then the court would still treat it like a civil case and the police will not arrest the defendant in these cases. For election fraud, Ms. Powell does not have any more power than Trump’s lawyers to “pursue criminal charges.”

Srsly, even if you have taken civics classes before, you need to take them again and actually pay attention, ‘mkay.

Note the Trump campaign letter distancing them from Powell was written entirely in the present tense.

I’m sure they want to retain the option to say she had been his lawyer in order to invoke attorney-client privilege to protect her emails from discovery.
